Powertec produce the best pleated stainless steel mesh air filters for use on performance engine induction systems, and other applications.

Powertec's pleated stainless steel mesh changes turbulent airflow on the outer surfaces of the filter to laminar airflow on the inside. This laminar airflow helps larger volumes of air enter the engine; improving performance.

Powertec's filters are supplied as induction kits for specific car models, and as universal filters for non-standard applications. The SL1X range allows greater airflow than the SL1 range.

The Powertec SL1X induction kit has a 200mm base with a full radiused inlet. It has a higher flow capacity than the Powertec SL1 induction kit; capable of flowing up to 1000 bhp.
